Queen Thedie and her court will be representing Nationalities Council of Indiana throughout the next year with their first event being the Indy International Festival in November! The five ladies will get the opportunity to try different foods, participate in a range of cultural dances and customs, as well as share their favorite experiences from the festival! An annual tradition for our organization is participating in the Indy 500 Parade every May and joining IACA in the Carmelfest 4th of July Parade. "The NCI parade group of 125 participants is organized by the Nationalities Council of Indiana (NCI). The photos introduce us to a riot of vibrant color, exotic and iconic national festive fashions, and the joyful spirit of participants from many cultures and over 40 nationalities. The participants in their spectacular outfits and enthusiastic, radiant spirit add to the Iconic Moments in Indy, the theme of this year's parade.
