There will be a max of 5 participants eligible for the free lunch from each club group.

Gathering Time: 9am begins check-in with Board President Marlon Alfonso. Group photo will be taken 40 minutes before parade start. Please have NCI-provided flags ready. We will tentatively step into parade at 10:30am. There will be about 2,500 people at the gathering site. Please stay close to our unit and pay attention to instructions.
Gathering Site: Merchant's Square Mall, north parking lot (NW corner of roundabout of Keystone Ave & 116th St). Look for our unit.
Parking: Parade will end at Carmel High School. If you park near Merchant's Square Mall, be prepared to walk from high school to mall upon end of parade. There may be school bus shuttles provided by Carmelfest, but it is not guaranteed.
Leading Organizations: We will have five subgroups in our unit including Indiana Association of Chinese-Americans (IACA) with the Lion Dance Team, Indianapolis Chinese Performing Arts, Inc (ICPAI) Angels, Nationalities Council of Indiana (NCI) presentation of flags, Ling's Oriental Marital Arts, and Okinawa Drums. Please return all flags to Board President Marlon Alfonso at end of parade.
Appreciation Luncheon: IACA's Lion Dance Team will be providing lunch at Journey Restaurant for 45 NCI participants. Reservation is required in the form below to reserve your spot in the parade as well as your lunch ticket if you choose to join for the 1:30pm Appreciation Luncheon. Free lunch tickets apply to after the parade and not valid any other time. Give your ticket to the waitstaff when you are being seated. Please write your name on the ticket to avoid possible confusion. DO NOT SURRENDER EXTRA TICKETS as IACA is being charged by the number of tickets collected. Participants must pay for their own specialty drinks not included in the lunch special. Lunch tickets will be reserved based on sign-up forms timed entry with a max of 5 tickets per club member groups. Board Secretary Mandy Bishop will send an email by June 28th confirming your lunch reservation. Lunch option will be removed from sign-up form once tickets have been fulfilled.
Waiver: Please review the Rules & Regulations of the Carmelfest Parade, print the last page, and bring your completed copy with you to the gathering to be collected at check-in. Participants with no signed waiver will be declined to participate.
